FreedomPark assumes no responsibility for damage to the vehicle or its contents due to fire, theft, third party damage while parked at the airport, weather, road hazard, acts of God or acts of war or terror. FreedomPark assumes no liability for any articles left inside the vehicle. The person accepting these terms and conditions thereby releases FreedomPark from any and all such responsibility. FreedomPark will not be liable for any other vehicle damage unless such damage is noted by the owner or agent and reported to FreedomPark at the time the vehicle is released to owner or agent.
